This information is used solely to check availability, quote rates, and coordinate your stay. It is reviewed directly by Stephanie, who manages bookings personally.

When you submit our Contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you select, and your message. We use this to respond to your question or request.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our server and hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is used for basic security, spam prevention, and site performance, we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

We do not currently process payments through this website. Rates, deposits, and payment arrangements are handled directly with Stephanie by phone or text.
